Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard ain’t playin’ with his baby momma, Basketball Wives gal Royce Reed. TMZ reported Monday on Howard is trying to get a $521,606 (interest included) settlement from Reed. He won the half-a-million-dollar judgment in a Florida court last year because Reed violated an order, banning her from talking about the NBA star. Reed has not shown Howard the money. In an effort to get his money, the 2011 NBA all-star has filed a settlement violation injunction suit in California that could possibly give him the right to seize Reed’s assets. Does Howard really think he is going to get a dime from Reed? Common now! I know ole girl ain’t got no cash. Why does Howard think she had a baby for him? Cha ching!
I got a new attitude
Singer Jennifer Hudson is everywhere showing off her new, slimmer body. However, she had to explain herself recently after a comment she made to a British magazine. A reporter for the magazine asked the Oscar-winning actress if she would ever pose nude for Playboy magazine. Her response (and I quote): “ … I won’t take my clothes off – no way at all. Beyonce and Rihanna can have that. I like to cover up more.” I know she just didn’t say that. Hudson went on Twitter to clarify her statement, attempting to place ALL the blame on the Brit magazine claiming they were trying to be messy (rolling my eyes).
Taking care of business
Flavor Flav had to play health inspector at the Iowa location of Flavor Flav’s House of Chicken. According to Young, Black and Fabulous.com, the rapper was not happy with the way Nick Cimino was running the restaurant. Sources say checks were bouncing everywhere and stale food was the meal of day. Flav said upon a visit to the restaurant on April 2, he found potato salad that expired Feb. 28. “I really hope nobody ate those potatoes,” Flav said. Me neither, bro. Disgusting! My stomach is turning as I write. BTW, Flav’s attorney pulled the franchise license on this location.
