A Cedar Hill, CPS (Child Protective Services) employee that worked as a case investigator is now on the other side of the investigation. Nicholas Roman Santos, 34, has been accused of accessing the agency file of a 16-year-old young girl with whom he was paying to have sex weekly with according to police ecords.
Santos has resigned his position in light of the investigation that includes felony sexual assault charges with not one but two very young girls, both of whom he paid. Santos was arrested this month on charges that he met an underage girl online and then later had sex with her in his Cedar Hill home. The girl thatSantoswas more recently charged with raping told authorities that she met him at Wal-Mart. She later agreed to have sex with him for $300.
According to documents, the girl admitted to telling Santos that she was 19 or 21 when they first met at Wal-mart, but that three weeks later he confronted her about her age. Documents also state that Santos communicated to the young girl that he worked for CPS as a case investigator, and that he discovered her real age by accessing her file.
Santos allegedly continued to have sex with the 16-year-old for five months, the girl told police. He usually gave her gifts or money; and at some point between August and January of this year, Santos even paid the girl’s 28-year-old sister for sex, the girl told police.

He is on Facebook trying to lay blame on the 16yr old girl saying that it is her fault becasue she lied about her age. He is even saying that she trie to extort money from him. He is a sad sad case. Oh and his Facebook name is Nick Fury.
