Dallas Bar Association Hosts Diversity Summit with keynote speaker Roland S. Martin, CNN guest correspondent

The Dallas Bar Association will host the DBA Diversity Summit on Thursday, November 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Pavilion at the Belo Mansion. Robert J. Grey, Jr., of Hunton & Williams LLP, and Executive Director of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity will give the opening address and Roland S. Martin, CNN Guest Correspondent, will be the luncheon speaker.

The purpose of the summit is to promote diversity and inclusion in all sectors of the legal community, to develop best practices designed to increase diversity in the legal profession and to discuss innovative models for increasing diversity throughout the legal profession. Attendees in the legal community, and the public at large, are invited to attend the summit to provide input and ideas regarding diversity and to learn about implementing diversity programs in their communities.

“The DBA’s Diversity Summit is a unique opportunity for the Dallas legal community to discuss, reinforce and re-affirm its on-going commitment to diversity in the legal profession and in the Dallas legal market, as well as to contemplate best-practices for improving diversity,” said Dallas Bar Association President Paul K.
