No grease found in these crunchy and refreshing tacos! Collard Green or butter lettuce shell with crushed walnuts and coriander
2 Cups Walnuts
1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper 1 Bunch of Sprouts
2 Tbs low sodium tamari 1 head of Butter lettuce
1 sprinkle of dried unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Avocado . Use to garnish tacos after making mixture.
Put the walnuts in the food processor. Mix well. Place the nuts into a bowl and mix the cumin, coriander, tamari and cayenne pepper. Scoop mixture into butter lettuce shells like tacos and garnish with sprouts and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
