Academic Partnerships to Provide Conversion, Recruitment, and Retention Services for the Hankamer School of Business’s Renowned Program

Baylor University today announced that it will make its renowned MBA program available online beginning this May. Applications for the program are currently being accepted.

“At Baylor, we cultivate principled leaders and serve the global marketplace through transformational learning and impactful scholarship,” said Elizabeth Davis, Ph.D., executive vice president and provost at Baylor. “Bringing our MBA program online will allow even more highly qualified students to take advantage of the opportunities a Baylor education provides, and we look forward to expanding the reach of the University through this innovative initiative.”

“Our top priority is to develop accomplished leaders with integrity and purpose,” said Terry Maness, DBA, dean of Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business. “Our culture champions lifelong learning, highly regarded scholarship, and service to others. This exciting initiative allows us to extend that culture and provide even more students with a solid foundation for their business pursuits.”

The fully online 12-month program will provide students with the superior theoretical knowledge and practical skills they need to succeed in today’s global business environment.

The core content of Baylor’s rigorous and relevant MBA program will focus on ethics and values as they impact businesses today and tomorrow. In addition, the integration across business disciplines is key. Ideas in one class will be addressed in other courses, consistent with how high-performing businesses operate.

Courses will be taught by Baylor’s dedicated and accessible faculty, and graduates of the program will have access to the University’s robust alumni network.

The nationally ranked program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Baylor has chosen Academic Partnerships (AP), one of the world’s largest representatives of online learning, to help convert its MBA program into an online format, recruit students, and support student retention efforts.

AP will work closely with Baylor business faculty to ensure that the new online MBA maintains the highest educational standards. The company also will use its integrated marketing and branding strategies to extend the University’s reach, increasing the enrollment of highly qualified students.

Baylor’s new online MBA program will begin in May 2014. Click here to apply or learn more.
