Head over to Meso Maya between June 19 – July 10 for special entrees created by Executive Chef Nico Sanchez. These new creations reflect Meso Maya’s spirit of adventure into the fresh, bold and earthy flavors of authentic interior Mexico.
New on the lunch menu is Ensalada de Verano. This mouthwatering dish is packed with fresh ingredients, including adobo grilled chicken breast, organic purslane, green tomatoes, relish, watermelon, goat cheese, avocado, romaine hearts, and tossed with passion fruit vinaigrette.
Added to the dinner menu is Black Sea Bass, perfect for a summer evening spent dining under the stars on the patio or in the lively dining room. The skin-on fish is served with queso panela, avocado tomatillo sauce, tangy watermelon and a side of fideo seco topped with quail egg.
