One person was dead following an officer-involved shooting at Ventura and Laurel Canyon boulevards in Studio City on Friday.
A body, believed to be the suspect, was seen slumped over a flower bed in front of a bank next to an apparent briefcase, police said.
It is unclear if the man seen in this photo shared by Dan via Twitter is the man now reported dead after being shot by LAPD.
Los Angeles police were called at about 3:20 p.m. about a man with a gun. The details surrounding the shooting were unclear. No officers were injured. Reportedly bomb squad is called in to investigate briefcase.
