The holiday season is upon us, and many local families with children battling illnesses do not have the financial freedom to buy gifts or celebrate together.
With this in mind, Frisco-based IT provider, Skinny IT, hosted its inaugural Holly Jolly Toy Drive benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. On Dec. 1, Frisco city officials, office park tenants and community members gathered together to donate toys and enjoy food trucks and games while listening to a live radio show broadcast from 1310 “The Ticket.”
Three large bins all overflowing with toys were donated at the event and will go to the children of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas so they can pick out their presents and enjoy a toy-filled holiday season.
