Clark Human Relations Banquet Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway announced his endorsement of Texas Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Farouk Shami.

“After hearing his message about jobs, economic development and helping the smaller people, I decided to support him,” Caraway said.
