Mark Turner has been named executive chef for Hyatt Regency North Dallas. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day culinary operations including banquets, room service and two restaurants of the 342-room, newly renovated hotel.
An experienced hospitality chef, Turner comes to Hyatt Regency North Dallas from Embassy Suites Hotel Park Central where he served as executive chef for the 279-room property for three years. While with Embassy Suites he was responsible for all food and beverage outlets including banquets, room service, hotel restaurant and catering events.
Prior to Embassy Suites, he was sous chef in the four star/four diamond fine dining restaurant within The Adam’s Mark Hotel in Dallas. Turner began his culinary career as a private chef with Hospitality for Hire in 2003.

Fluent in Spanish, Turner earned his degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Dallas and makes his home in Allen, Texas.
