The Black Academy of Arts and Letters honors Curtis King

The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL), has been Dallas Arts Institution for over 35 years and guided by its founder  Curtis King. It is the premiere of Dallas cultural organization that has produce over 100 memorable performances annually with over 500,000 people attending from its home at the Dallas Convention Center Theatre Complex Downtown.  The Black Academy of Arts and Letters offers a variety of Performances highlighting the rich diversity among the arts that Dallas has to offer. On April 27 at the Omni Hotel, TBAAL would like you to come and help honor Curtis King at Ties and Tux Gala. Special Guest includes actors Rosanne Barr and Charles Dutton among others.  The dinner and program begin at 7 p. m. and the attire is black tie, optional.
