Snoop Dogg, Erick Sermon & Method Man’s “Let Me Explain” music video to celebrate Kevin Hart’s film

let-me-explain-videoNEW YORK – Opening weekend success for Summit Entertainment’s stand-up comedy film KEVIN HART: LET ME EXPLAIN inspired hip hop legends Snoop Dogg, Erick Sermon and Method Man (with RL on vocals) to collaborate on the official “Let Me Explain” music video. The video, produced by Artist Live Global Village and directed by PhiltheGod, can be seen here: http://smarturl.it/LMEmusic.

The music video celebrates the theatrical release of KEVIN HART: LET ME EXPLAIN crossing the $20 million mark at the North American box office and clocking in as the 4th highest grossing stand-up concert movie released theatrically since 1982.  Summit Entertainment, a LIONSGATE® company, released the film on Wednesday, July 3rd which grossed approximately $10 million more than Hart’s last concert film KEVIN HART: LAUGH AT MY PAIN in its 14-week theatrical run.

KEVIN HART: LET ME EXPLAIN was filmed LIVE at New York’s Madison Square Garden, selling out 2 consecutive shows of 30,000. This full length feature film also captures the laughter, energy and mayhem from Hart’s 2012 international “Let Me Explain” concert tour, which sold more than 541,489 tickets (including 2 shows at NY’s Madison Square Garden), generated over $32.7 million in ticket sales; surpassing the #1 urban comedy tour of all time, The Kings of Comedy.  The film is produced by Codeblack Films, a LIONSGATE company, and HartBeat Productions.
