Update 10:43 a.m.: The police are now reporting a fourth victim was found at the Ben Hur crime scene.Â
The Dallas Police provided summary reports involving four separate shooting incidents overnight resulting in the death of six victims.
Disturbance Active Shooter on Foot @ 9400 Forest Lane:
On January 3, 2015 at approximately 11:42 pm, officers responded to a Disturbance W/ Active Shooter on Foot call at the 9400 block of Forest Lane. Officers made contact with a security guard who stated unknown suspects fired gunshots at him and ran back into an apartment. SWAT responded to the scene. At approximately 5:45 am, SWAT officers apprehended 4 suspects, who will be charged with Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant. Suspects are still being interviewed by detectives.
Shooting @ 2800 Main Street:
On January 4, 2015, at approximately 1:12 am, officers responded to a shooting call at the 2800 block of Main Street. Officers found one gunshot wound victim who was transported to the local hospital. The victim, identified as Trevon Brown a Black male 17, is now deceased.  No arrests were made and no suspect information at this time.
Shooting @ 7400 Hillstar Circle:
On January 4, 2015, at approximately 1:57 am, officers responded to a shooting call at 7400 Hillstar Circle. Upon arrival, officers found one victim, Patricia Tinajero, a Latin female just 3 weeks away from her 33rd birthday, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. A second individual, a Latin male, suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Both pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide. Detectives have determined that the male and Tinajero were in a dating relationship. The identity of the male will be not released until next of kin notification is made.
Shooting @ 2000 Ben Hur Street:
Updated report: Officers discovered 4 victims with gunshot wounds. Two were pronounced deceased at the scene and one was pronounced deceased at the hospital. One victim is undergoing surgery. There is currently no suspect information, and homicide detectives are investigating.
Original report: On January 4, 2015, at approximately 4:36 am, officers were dispatched to a Shooting call at the 2000 block of Ben Hur Street. Officers found 3 victims who suffered gunshot wounds, all 3 are deceased.There is no other information available at this time.
