All types of entertainment news reach my e-mail. But this one is worth pushing Jennifer Hudson’s Twitter fight with a fan off the radar.
According to Black News, Danyelle “C-Dove” Brown, an up-and-coming rapper, claims a DNA test confirms that he is the eldest son of Willie Ray Norwood – father of singers Brandy and Ray J.
Brown’s mother, Lynetta Cain, said she met Willie Ray while he was a student at Jackson State University. Cain adds that Brown is the product of their two-and-a-half year relationship. According to the press release, the DNA test was confirmed by matching the Y chromosome in Anthony Norwood, nephew of Willie Ray Norwood.
In the words of Ray J, “hold up, wait a minute.” I would be careful not to jump to conclusions on this one. After all, Cain and C-Dove both have projects coming up that need promotion. C-Dove has a “hot” solo single slated to drop called Let’s Go featuring Bigga Figga and J.T., while Cain’s tell-all book, Someone He Left Behind, slated to hit bookshelves in 2012. You decide.
Sad state
It is awful when people attempt to use children to get their agenda across. Some in the gay community has decided to use Sesame Street characters Bert and Ernie as the poster kids for gay marriage.
Bert and Ernie are two male characters who live together, sleep in the same room together and take baths together. Does that mean they are gay? Hello no! For God’s sake they are freakin’ puppets! When the late Jim Henson created the Muppets for Sesame Street, he wasn’t thinking about that! So, was Henson attempting to challenge the concept of mating with having a pig and frog hook up? The show’s minds responded to the age-old question of Bert’s and Ernie’s sexual orientation recently by saying, “Bert and Ernie are best friends. They were created to teach preschoolers that people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves.
“Even though they are identified as male characters and possess many human traits and characteristics they remain puppets, and do not have a sexual orientation.”
Duh!
He is his son and a man needs to be a man and not a bitch…….
