Dr. Teleka Patrick was doing a medical residency at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  She was last seen trying to check into a hotel room at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites on December 5 of 2013.
One confusing aspect of her disappearance is that the woman appeared to falsely believe that she was in a relationship with gospel singer turned pastor Marvin Sapp.  Patrick had appeared in Sapp’s church in the past and her relatives confirmed that he was the reason that she moved from California to Michigan.  But Sapp filed an order of protection against Patrick and repeatedly claimed that she was stalking him.

Please note Sapp’s wife died two or three years ago. Actually there are questions about the state of mind of the doctor. I have not followed the case closely, but do recall a few weeks ago seeing videos she recorded which were considered odd.
In the end, hopefully she is OK or at least can be found so her family can have closure.
I have to strongly disagree with you Tenya. I pray they find her as soon as possible. In my opinion from her videos and behaviour she may not be well mentally. Again I pray they find her so she can get whatever help that is required.

Sometimes if not more often than not it isn’t an attack of the enemy but the result of bad decision making on our part as believers. We’re so quick to give God credit when it goes well and credit satan when it goes bad. People we’ve been given free will. The devil can only suggest but we must act on the the suggestion commonly referred to as temptation.
Ultimately the main concern is the young lady’s rescue and return to her family. We’re tricked, duped and bamboozled as believers by the enemy because we’re not on our game and in walking according to God’s word.
