Bill Clinton will speak at Paul Quinn College, a private historically black university in Dallas, on Monday.

Paul Quinn College, which has nearly doubled its enrollment in the past few years, bounced back from low enrollment and troubled finances. The college’s president, Michael Sorrell, has introduced several innovations — including the work-college model last year.

The Clinton campaign announced earlier this week that Bill Clinton would make a trip to Laredo and Dallas next week. Late in the afternoon on Friday, they released details about his trip. Members of the public can RSVP online here. Doors for the event open at 4:30 p.m. and the event begins at 5:45 p.m.

  1. No doubt, Bill is there to promote Hillary for president and (no doubt) Paul Quinn president Sorrel is endorsing Hillary for president. If I have to, I can hold my nose and vote for Hillary but I would rather not. I say this in view of what the Clintons – under Bill, brought us. I also remember the Sister Soulja event, NAFTA, the Omni-bus Crime Bill, Hillaries current support for TPP and etc. No politician is perfect, however the Clintons are clearly too far from what the people of this country really need. They will get my vote only if the alternative is one of the Rethuglicans. Also, I have better things to do with my time than show up to hear Bill at this time.
