District 3 Council Member Stephen Stanley will host a Town Hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24, in the South Garland High School cafeteria, 600 Colonel Drive. Topics will include an economic development analysis for South Garland, an update on recovery following the Dec. 26 tornado, and a public safety report. City Manager Bryan Bradford also will be in attendance.
