Dallas Police seeking help in Identifying Female

On August 10, 2012, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a couple was walking in the 3000 Rochester Street (‪WILLIAM BLAIR PARK), when they saw what appeared to be a body lying face down in a pond.  Police were notified and found a female body just off the bank of the pond.  The cause of death is unknown at this time, pending an autopsy.  Investigators are unable to identifying this complainant and request the public’s assistance.  Shown is a tattoo that is located on the deceased.

Dallas Homicide Detectives are asking that if anyone recognizes this tattoo to please contact Detective Shinn at 214-671-3605.
