Tanning Salon Owner Arrested for Peeping in Frisco

Frisco Police Officers arrested the owner of Celebrity Tan and Boutique for two counts of Disorderly Conduct – Peeping. Celebrity Tan and Boutique is located at 4112-322 Legacy Drive, in Frisco. Forty year old Justin Rawlind Bracken, of Dallas, allegedly watched two female teenagers, as they were undressing to tan at his salon. One of the teenagers is a minor.

Both victims reported their separate encounters to the Frisco Police, which led officers to the location.

Investigators believe that there may be additional victims that have not come forward to report their encounter. We urge any potential victims to contact the police department as soon as possible to file a report.

Bracken is being held at the Frisco Police Department Jail on two counts of Disorderly Conduct – Peeping, with a $500.00 bond on each.
