FLOTUS visits Fredericksburg

First Lady Michelle Obama stopped at the Ron Rosner YMCA in Spotsylvania County, part of the Rappahannock Area YMCA. The Rappahannock Area YMCA offers fitness and recreation programs, and after-school care for elementary and middle school students. The First Lady visited a middle-school group of kids, who were not aware that she would be visiting them, and several students (and staff) said “oh my God” in surprise. She moved from table to table, asking kids their names, what grade they’re in, how school is going and whether they’re involved in any other activities
