With the deadline fast approaching, Collin Creek Mall reminds area schools that applications to participate in 2013-14 A+ Rewards are due by Sunday, September 15. A+ Rewards is the shopping center’s community program that awards more than $20,000 in cash to participating schools over the course of a school year. All public and private schools located near Collin Creek Mall are eligible to enroll in A+ Rewards.
Collin Creek Mall began accepting applications in early August and the following schools’ applications have been accepted as of Friday, October 30:

A+ REWARDS offers schools two different ways to receive cash rewards:
A+ HONOR ROLL: Schools earning 1,500 total points or more in a month will be entered in a random drawing for $500 cash. The $500 prize will be awarded September through April.
END-OF-YEAR AWARDS: At the end of the school year, all participating schools that have accumulated at least 10,000 points will share the year-end cash prize of $20,000.
Schools earn points throughout the year for shopping, hosting community events, outreach activities and a variety of other ways. At the end of the program, points are tallied and divided by student enrollment to determine the points per student.
Receipts dated Friday, August 9, 2013 through Friday, May 9, 2014 can be redeemed for points. Application forms can be picked up at the Mall Management Office, located on the upper level near the Food Court. Applications must be received in the office by 6 p.m. Sunday, September 15. Applications can dropped off in the management office at Collin Creek Mall Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5 p.m. Or applications may be sent via e-mail to heather.screws@rouseproperties.com or by fax at 972.881.1642.
