FOX4 has confirmed Fair Park rape suspect Van Dralan Dixson has been arrested.
Local and federal law enforcement officers arrested Dixson in Baton Rouge, La. about 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Police were tipped off by people he had been in touch with back in Dallas.
