Halloween spending is second only to Christmas and in recent years, pet costumes have exploded in popularity as well. There is just something about the seeing our favorite dog wearing a cute costume. Let’s admit it there is also something about the look of shame in the dog’s eyes begging you, “Please don’t let Lucky at the dog park see me in this!”
