Red Carpet misses for Beyonce and Miley

As far as The Sunday Telegraph’s Kerry Parnell is concerned, Beyonce is beautiful, but her fashion radar was a bit broken recently. 

“I KNOW Beyonce is super-hot, but for me, the Tom Ford skin-tight dress and toeless over the knee boots she wore at her album release party last weekend in New York, was just a little bit too much. Yes, you’ve definitely still got it Beyonce, we just don’t need to see all of it at once.”
