Join the Texas Association of African American Chambers of Commerce (TAAACC) Â representing Black business owners from across Texas at the State Capitol on March 31. The occasion is the signing of 2015 Memorandum of Cooperation with state agencies. A lunch with the members of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus will feature an opportunity to learn more about legislative priorities affecting Black businesses.
