ZIONSVILLE, Ind. – Federal authorities raided the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle Tuesday morning. FBI sources told FOX59 state and federal investigators were serving warrants at Fogle’s Zionsville home in connection with a child pornography investigation.

Earlier this spring Russell Taylor, the executive director of of Fogle’s foundation was arrested in Indianapolis on federal child pornography charges. According to published reports, Taylor has been on life support since May 6 as a result of his attempted suicide on May 6 at the Marion County Jail in Indianapolis. Taylor has been charged with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. The foundation removed all references and ties to Taylor following his arrest.

The raid of Jared’s home is believed to be tied to the Taylor investigation. This morning the raid started around 6:30 a.m. with an evidence truck seen parked in the driveway. Investigators from the FBI and Indiana State Police were at the scene.

Fogle turned his 200+ pound weight loss into a multi-million dollar career. When he was only 22 years old he already weight 425 pounds. He created a diet for himself based on items from the popular Subway chain menu and a consistent exercise program. Eventually this led to him being selected as the face of Subway in their marketing efforts. The relationship has continued for 15 years. He reportedly has a net worth of $15 million as a result of his relationship with the chain as well as motivational speaking fees.
