Parkland Breastfeeding Fair focuses on working moms

Parkland_V_CMYK-1As part of its observance of World Breastfeeding Week, Parkland Memorial Hospital will host its annual Breastfeeding Fair. The theme of the free event is “Working and Breastfeeding, Let’s Make It Work,” focusing on helping working mothers make the transition back to work while continuing to breastfeed.

Opportunities for interviews with patients, staff and visitors taking part in the Breastfeeding Fair that includes information, displays and materials from vendors and Parkland staff.

Parking is available at the Tower Garage located at corner of Medical District Drive and Tex Oak Ave. There is a free shuttle bus service DART 703 to Parkland. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to park and ride bus to Parkland.
