DISD Trustees reorganize after welcoming new members

The Dallas Independent School District Board of Trustees has reorganized following the election of new members Jaime Resendez, District 4, and Audrey Pinkerton, District 7. Trustee Lew Blackburn of District 5 was reelected.

Lew Blackburn was selected as the new president of the Board of Trustees by its members. Miguel Solís of District 8 was selected as first vice president while Joyce Foreman of District 6 was named second vice president. Dan Micciche of District 3 was selected as secretary.
