(NDG Wire) The Texas Publishers Association announced their political endorsements on Tuesday. They endorsed Farouk Shami for the governor of Texas in the Democratic Primary saying, “We have endorsed Shami for the reason that he has shown a sincere interest in uplifting African Americans and other minorities in the state of Texas. He demonstrated a sincere concern for the education of all Texans, increased jobs for Texans and the overall welfare of this great state.”
The Texas Publishers Association also endorses Bill Burton for Texas Land Commissioner because he has shown an interest in developing Texas to its fullest extent.
