Dallas Police Chief warns of possible bomb; releases photo of person of interest

Dallas Police Chief David Brown warns there is a possibility of a bomb planted in the Downtown Dallas area. Elevent officers were shot, including two from the DART police force. At least three officers have died. At the end of the briefing Mayor Mike Rawlings mentioned at least one civilian was also wounded.

The police have released a photo of a black man in camouflage with what appears to be a rifle hanging over his shoulder. Brown said witnesses claim he was involved in the shootings.

The police advise anyone with any information to call 9-1-1 and not to approach the man.
