Dallas ISD online enrollment now open

dallas isd enrollmentMost Dallas Independent School District students entering kindergarten through 12th grade may register for school using the district’s online enrollment tool now through Sept. 2.

Parents are encouraged to enroll their children online before the start of the 2016-2017 school year on Monday, Aug. 22.

Online enrollment allows parents to skip long lines and avoid filling out paper forms at their child’s campus. Online enrollment is a convenient option, but not mandatory. Parents registering in person can do so 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 15-18. Schools will be open until 7 p.m. on Aug. 16 and Aug. 18.

Children enrolling in pre-kindergarten and those attending nearly 40 campuses – magnets, public choice schools and special enrollment schools – are required to enroll in person. See the list of those schools at www.dallasisd.org/backtoschool.
