11-year-old Dallas boy dies after accidental shooting

The Dallas Police are reporting that an 11-year-old boy died after accidentally shooting himself with a gun he found in his home. At approximately 6:30 p.m. officers responded to a call regarding a shooting at the Town View Apartments in the 4900 block of South Buckner Boulevard.

The child was transported to Baylor Hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue where was he was pronounced deceased.
