Wells Fargo is hosting a homeowner’s seminar

For Wells Fargo or Wachovia mortgage customers facing mortgage payment challenges, they are hosting a free workshop in the community.

Each attendee will personally meet with a Wells Fargo representative confidentially to discuss their financial concerns and options. They will also get the opportunity to see if they are eligible for a loan modification under the government’s Home Affordable Modification Program.

Homeowners will be able to:

  • Learn about options they may have to overcome payment challenges
  • Understand how they may be able to keep their home and avoid foreclosure
  • Find out ways to help the homeowner get back on track with their mortgage payments
  • Connect with Wells Fargo’s helpful resources such as housing counselors and learn about online tools available

It will be held at Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion, Marsalis Exhibit Hall, 300 Reunion Blvd., Dallas on May 24, from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Free parking is available and visit website for more details.
