How do you get your family to eat more fruits and veggies

Fruits have vital nutrients and lots of fiber, making them filling snacks with fewer calories.

Incorporate more fruit into your families’ diet by keeping it in sight. Try keeping a bowl of whole fruit out on the countertop or a table as a snack (make sure it’s low enough for younger kids to grab some!), or experiment with fruit by adding it to salads. You may find that eating more fruit is not only good for your health but delicious, too.
