“Cuts for Cause” goal is to help feed the hungry during the holidays

Remington College-Dallas Campus is holding a food drive to benefit local food banks and offering a haircut, manicure or pedicure to anyone who brings in a can of food or other non-perishable food donation.

The effort is called Cuts for Cause and will run throughout the month of November.

The salon services will be provided by students and instructors in the Remington College-Dallas Campus Cosmetology Program.

To schedule an appointment: call The Salon at Remington at 972-698-3890. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.

The Remington College Cosmetology Program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training. Students have the opportunity to work with real clients in a salon-like setting.

The Salon at Remington is located at 1640 Eastgate Dr. in Garland
