Kaufman County Courthouse locked down because of shooting

Around 8:50 a.m. this morning two people have shot an employee at the Kaufman County Courthouse this morning, the victim’s condition is unknown at this time but the male victim was taken to a local hospital.

The suspects wearing all black and with one wearing a tactical vest shot the victim, who is possibly a prosecutor as he got out of his car. They were seen driving an older model silver Ford Taurus. They have not been captured.

The courthouse is on lockdown and no one is allowed in or out.
