Celebrity birthday for Feb. 11: Brandy

R&B singer Brandy was born in McComb, Mississippi on Feb. 11, 1979. The daughter of a church pastor and singer, she was just 15 when she released her self-titled debut album, which featured the monster hit I Wanna Be Down. Over the years, Brandy has branched off into acting and producing, in addition to recording several other successful studio albums.
