Kanye West’s Got Bars will offer Chicago kids a free 10 week music program

KanyeWestThe inimitable Kanye West and fellow Chicago rapper/Yeezus contributor/former aldermen candidate Rhymefest plan on teaching at-risk kids in Chicago’s Southside about beats, rhymes and life.

In conjunction with West’s non-profit organization Donda’s House and St. Sabina Church, the two rappers will head Got Bars?, a free, 10-week program aimed at kids ages 15-24 to help write and record their own music.
