The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest in the multiple sexual assault offenses.
On Sept. 5, Neighborhood Patrol Officers received an anonymous tip from an individual stating that a person of interest needed to get out of town because he had done something wrong. The tipster gave an address located in the area where the offenses had been occurring. Officers located a 2001 silver Honda at the location. A check of the license plate revealed a Dallas County warrant for Probation Violation on a Alan Mason. The tipster also stated Mason wears the same type of glasses listed in the offense.
Alan Mason, is described as a Black male, 5’10’’ weighing 185 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. If anyone knows his whereabouts, please call 911 immediately.
