Dallas Police officer arrested for public intoxication, assault and criminal mischief

From Dallas Police Department:

On September 8, 2013, Dallas Police Senior Corporal Frank Della, #7103, was arrested in Dallas at 1818 First avenue for Public Intoxication, Assault M/C (Non Family Violence) and Criminal Mischief M/B, documented on service number 230977-A.

Senior Corporal Frank Della is assigned to the North Central Patrol Division. An investigation will be conducted by the Department’s Internal Affairs Division. Senior Corporal Della has been placed on Administrative Leave.
