Dallas Police Department received laboratory results from evidence submitted for one of the nine sex assault offenses with a positive DNA match for a suspect.  An arrest warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault was issued Saturday for Van Dralan Dixson. Sunday his vehicle was located in a parking lot in the city of Garland and was taken to the City of Dallas Auto Pound. The circumstances of the impounded vehicle are part of the on-going investigation so the police are not offering additional information.

Dallas Police detectives interviewed members of Dixson’s family on Sunday to try and locate where he might be hiding. However, his family indicated he left his children in the care of family members. He is described as a Black male, 5’7’’ weighing 181 lbs.

They are still waiting for lab results of evidence submitted for testing from other cases.
