Skip the long line at the Apple Store, iPhone 5C only $79 online at WalMart.com

So were you underwhelmed by the big Apple iPhone announcements earlier this week. Can you really not bring yourself to stand in another long line. Well it looks like you will not have to and you get a bargain to boot.

The iPhone 5C will sell for $99 at the Apple store and most major retailers, but now WalMart has surprised everyone with the announcement you can get it for only $79 with a two year contract with the service provider of their choice. The iPhone 5S is not available for pre-order. Each store has a limited number of pre-order slots available at that price. Then next week the preorders will be first-come, first-served and the buyer must pick up and pay for their phone by Sept. 25.

Experts believe Apple is hoping to build up more buzz and sense of urgency with this promotion. Will it motivate you to get online and then in line?
