Ground broken for 1000 North Preston Road

Wielding shovels at the site, at the intersection of North Preston Road and Hays Road in Prosper, were (left to right) President of the Prosper Economic Development Corporation Robert Winningham, Town Manager Harlan Jefferson, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Kenneth Dugger, Mayor Ray Smith, Developer Don Lookadoo, President of the Prosper Historical Society Bill Hays, Project Architect Stephen C. Hundley, Prosper EDC Treasurer Reno Jones, Inwood National Bank Executive Vice President Kevin Bryant and Raymond Construction Company Senior Vice President David Schlimme. Lookadoo is the building’s broker and managing partner of the ownership group. The building is set to open in February 2014.

Ground was broken on Sept. 30 signaling the start of construction of 1000 North Preston Road, a multi-use office complex in Prosper.
