Jury finds Michael Dunn guilty on 4 charges but mistrial on murder

Oh Florida …. You strike again. Many might think black teenage unarmed boys are not safe on your streets. First George Zimmerman walks after killing Trayvon Martin and on other white man walks free for killing a black teen.

The jury discussed the case against Michael Dunn and they did find him guilty of lesser charges. But on the first degree murder charge they told the judge that after more than 30 hours of discussion, they could not reach a verdict. So a mistrial was declared.

Dunn shot and killed an unarmed 17 year-old Jordan Davis in a parking lot after a confrontation over the teen playing loud rap music.
