Dallas Police seeking 2nd suspect in sexual assault of 13 year old hearing-impaired victim

2nd suspect soughtThe Dallas Police have announced they have issued a warrant for the arrest of Lucas Martin, described as a 20 year old Black male. He is facing a charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.  On March 11, 2014, a 13 yr old hearing-impaired victim was sexually assaulted by Martin and a second suspect, Jarvis Fisher, a 19-year old Black male already in police custody.

The victim in the case went to a park on Sand Springs Avenue in Dallas where she was approached by suspects.  They solicited sex from her via text messages because of her hearing impairment. The warrant indicates she declined, but was taken to a garage.  Although she screamed for them to stop, the two men forced her to engage in sexual acts.

Then Fisher and Martin accompanied her back to the park, a family member discovered her with Lucas around 8 p.m. in the park. Martin ran in the opposite direction when the victim ran to her mother’s car and Fisher was seen in the park as well according to the warrant.

Fisher was arrested Wednesday night, but the police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Martin.
