Dallas native deployed to South Korea for Marine and Navy joint exercises

Dallas native, LCpl. Aron Sanchez, seen on the right is currently serving as a motor transportation operator, with Delta battery, 2d Battalion, 14th Marines, 14th Marine Regiment assigned with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF).

He is shown conducting a Limited Technical Inspection (LTI) of a humvee in Gwangyang, South Korea, March 12, 2014, in preparation for exercise Ssang Yong, this will take place in Pohang, South Korea. Ssang Yong 14 is an annual combined exercise conducted by Marine and Navy Forces with the Republic of Korea (ROK) in order to strengthen our interoperability and working relationships across the range of military operations from disaster relief, to complex expeditionary operations.
