The Dallas Police Department have reported a man was killed in Dallas today when he sat or laid under a parked delivery truck.
According to driver of a Frito Lay delivery truck he did not realize a Latino male had sat or laid under his truck while he was making delivery inside the WalMart located on S. Buckner Boulevard. The driver ran over the man when he finished his deliveries because he did not know anyone was sitting or laying under his 25 foot truck.
Everything was captured on the store’s video camera. The incident is still under investigation and apparently the driver is cooperating.
