Worth an incredible $152 billion, they are also considered the wealthiest family in the world. The surviving family members inherited their wealth from Bud and Sam Walton who founded Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer with $476 billion in revenue. The Koch family are in second place, worth $89 billion while the Mars family rounds off the top three with a $60 billion fortune.
