Is the NFL poised to reinstate Ray Rice within the month?

Former Baltimore Ravens running back and NFL posterboy for domestic violence Ray Rice remains on indefinite suspension after TMZ broke the video of Rice knocking his now-wife, Janay, unconscious in a casino elevator, but according to sources he could be reinstated within the next four weeks.
