TCU and Baylor don’t make the final four of the 2014 College Football Playoffs

Texas Christian University and Baylor University were left out of the final four teams that will compete in the College Football Playoffs — Alabama, Oregon, Florida State and Ohio State.

Baylor ended up fifth in the final rankings and TCU fell from third the previous week to sixth. Baylor is in Waco and TCU in Fort Worth.

After weeks of rankings, Irving-based College Football Playoff site selection committee chose the final four teams based on their performances in the final weekend.
